NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S
PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of labor. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.

POSITION TITLE: Cook (multiple positions)
POSITION DUTIES: Set-up kitchen stations prior to service. Maintain high standards of quality and appearance of all food prepared and served. Comply with all sanitation standard, cleanliness, company policies and procedures regarding safety, security and emergencies. Prepare and serve Kenyan cuisine.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast passed kitchen, find dining and high-volume restaurant; minimum of 2 years experience in preparing and serving Kenyan cuisine; Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills and abilities; minimum of high school diploma and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Publishing the notice in any and all in-house media, whether electronic or printed, in accordance with the normal procedures used for the recruitment of similar positions in the employer’s organization.
